i was very happy with the service. the staff at the sunset court restaurant were helpful. i especially liked the indian food, it was quite delicious. emma at guest relations helped us very much.
the gym could use a few more updates to the equipment.

the variety of pools was a plus. i easily found a lounger even later in the morning. the private beach offered fantastic snorkeling (i especially enjoyed seeing the coral reef).
the mini bar was not always consistently refilled.

the food was excellent across all restaurants i found the staff friendly and helpful the pools were great the entire area remained clean i particularly enjoyed the varied cuisine available each restaurant provided a unique dining experience i also appreciated how well maintained the grounds were
i noticed some mosquitos despite using repellent

the hotel had convenient access to a private beach that featured fantastic coral reefs it made snorkeling easy and enjoyable the hotel provided a great spot for accessing nearby attractions too.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the food was tasty too!!! the hotel boasts a variety of pools. the rooms were kept clean and tidy.
the beach wasn't sand but more of a gravel. people trying to sell things on the beach and by the pools hassled me quite a bit. the entertainment was average at best, and it repeated itself every week.

the furniture was black this was not to my taste the spa seemed tired and needing updates i felt the massage girls were not fully engaged in their work
